When checking your order processing time in your account look for these 3 phrases.
Completed- Your order and payment have been received.
Processing- MilanMinerals is preparing and packing your order.
Shipped- Your order is now in the hands of the USPS.
Customers have the option of purchasing insurance for their order via the shopping cart under the Shipping Options tab.
Does MilanMinerals give refunds? Due to the nature of the items we sell MilanMinerals does not issue refunds. We're sure you can appreciate the fact that we cannot restock these items. MilanMinerals highly encourages you to sample our shades prior to investing your hard earned dollars into full sized products. Sample sizes are generous enough to provide you with several wears so that you determine if not only like, but LOVE the shade! Our samples are very affordable. All samples with the exception of a few MilanMineral sample sets are sold in small sample bags to keep costs low.If your order contains FULL SIZED products in addition to samples ,your samples will be sent in sample containers(these are NOT sifter jars) Should you prefer to have your samples stored in jars ,those may be purchased from us at an additional low price.
The ONE and ONLY exception to our replacement policy is if your package is delivered damaged or processed incorrectly.Also due to the fact we do not give refunds, we highly encourage you to sample shades prior to investing your hard earned money into a full size shade you'll never use! ( please keep in mind they have many uses though..... think nail or toe polish!)
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise: If a product is not in good condition when it arrives to you please contact us with your order number WITHIN 48hrs. Damaged goods WILL need to be returned with all original packaging included so that we may make a claim. We will replace the product as well as the shipping cost incurred to you. Brushes: Kabuki and Flat Top Bronzer brushes tend to shed in the beginning. If you are still experiencing severe shedding after several weeks of use, please return the brushes for an exchange and we will refund your shipping costs.Insured packages that need to have a file claimed must be done per USPS guidelines which may be found on their website.www.usps.com.
Does MilanMinerals ship internationally?- Yes.
You may check out through our shopping cart along with our Domestic shoppers. Orders to Canada require the same paperwork as other International orders and therefore are charged the same International shipping rates as other International customers.No exceptions.
I wear ( insert shade) in ( insert companies) mineral makeup line,what shade would I wear in MilanMinerals? - This would be an impossible question for us to answer for you simply because we have no idea about the coverage,texture,ingredients of all the many mineral makeup companies available to you. The most we are able to do, is if provided a few CLEAR pictures of you is to point you in the right direction on which foundation shades to sample. Customers may also mail us a sample of their current foundation shade for a more precise shade match.These methods will we hope only prevent you from ordering samples that are totally off base for your skin coloring. The ultimate shade choice is of course up to you but MilanMinerals will try to help if we can.
I placed my order and want to change it. Am I able to do so? - If your order hasn't shipped and you would like to add to your order, send us an email at admin@milanminerals.com with your order information. In the email include the items you would like to add to your order.We will send you an invoice for any additional amounts owed. The only changes that can be made is adding items. No switching samples and shades.NO EXCEPTIONS.

MilanMinerals offers sales and coupon codes on an often weekly basis.Please carefully read the terms and times of the coupon codes offered. All expiration times are Pacific Standard Time.Codes will not be extended to customers who miss certain sale dates. No exceptions. Current coupons are not applicable to orders previously placed or shipped.No exceptions will be made.Please do not ask.
How do I cash in my Reward Points?- Your reward points are based on your purchases. They are kept in your customer accounts where you're always able to see how many points you've accumulated. Once you have 10 points you may begin cashing them out for further purchases.
10 Reward Points-$5.00 off
20 Reward Points- $10.00 off
30 Reward Points- 20 % off
40 Reward Points- 30% off
50 Reward Points - $25.00 off
Points will cap at 50 and you will then need to spend them down.Reward Points do not expire.
Though sample purchases do not earn Reward Points you may certainly spend them on samples if you so choose.
Please contact MilanMinerals when you are ready to cash in Reward Points so that we may issue the appropriate discount coupon for you.If you intend to use Reward Points for a purchase,you must obtain your coupon prior to placing your order.No exceptions.Please do not ask.

Does MilanMinerals do local pick-up or drop off of orders?- No. MilanMinerals processes and ships local orders in the same manner and timeframe as our orders we ship out of state.
Please Note:
Occasionally MilanMinerals will send additional foundation samples to customers who are still attempting to find a perfect foundation match. We will note your MilanMinerals customer account that we have shipped these to you and the date shipped. We will not incur extra costs to send free items to you.Free samples will ship First class mail with no delivery confirmation. On the rare occasion these free samples do not make it to you,please do not contact us requesting that we send more. If you still need to sample foundation and would like confirmation of delivery or in the case of international orders, a Certificate of Mailing (purchased by MilanMinerals for ALL international orders.)
